*Innocent child walking on the moon
Her smile is bright and her eyes are blue
She is sitting on a sidewalk*
Showing her bare long legs come under a skirt
Watching into a book, not knowing what it´s about
Her hair is floating in the wind
A car pass by and stop there to pick her up
She stand up so slowly to make him despair
She got thousand fairy tales in her mind
The both of them drive fast away
Because the man don´t wanted to be seen
Carrying a girl that young
She ever ask him to stay a little more of time
He answer her to have to go back to his job
He filled her innocent mind up with thousand promises
And she believed each one
*First verse
Friends told her he´s too old for her
Some said he only look for a young girl far from home
Her best friend ever saw how she was drifting away
And in a try to help her, she shut up the door in her face
*First verse
An afternoon he picked her up again
And drove to a hidden hotel saying her
“It´s just to talk like we ever do, it´s just that there no one will bothers me”
Ans she moved her head smiling and a little uptight
They arrived and he helped her to get out of the car
In the room her make up get off, the screams drown
She was lying on the floor, tears bath her face
And he said “come on, baby, you want it too
I have seen it in the way you laugh at me and how you looked for me”
*First verse
Now with tears in her blue eyes…
