I went to New York for business
I´m fresh divorsed, my ex wife has kept half of my life
She even has kept my little cat Steve
I´m lying on a hotel´s bed staring at the ceiling
Some workmates has picked me up to know the city
In fact I was a little bit down and I needed distraction
So I dressed my pants and got in the car
I wondered where are we going they said take it easy
I must have took their recommendation cause I learn over

I remember some women´s shout faking pleasure
But when I wake up and saw a woman´s slip hanging on a chair
My pants not in its place, a naked woman´s back beside me

I´ve thought to run away and never visit that place anymore
I remind again how being drunk I said I wanna marry her
What a bullshit will I become if I leave now?
