To read beyond the words

Relationships can be hard sometimes
One say one thing and the other one something else
It´s hard enough to deal with life
But we aren´t alone and we must learn to comprehend
We put excuses without listening
We break up running away from explications

But giving up it´s not the answer to your question
You must stay until see there´s no way
Try to help is good but not going under with the problem*

To me it has happened and I try to read beyond the words
I was with a girl who have always ran away from me
When I said I´ll be late she started fearing I´ll go forever
When we slept together she said this will probably be the last time
And when she saw me talking with a girl she get uptight
Until one day I held her into my arms and ask her why
She was crying when she said “you´ll leave me as everybody does”
Her soul was a huge helpless place filled with fear and pain
